How can you possibly find God's rest? It comes only through a faith relationship with God. It's possible to be a believer, and yet have an area in your life where you simply don't trust God. Then, your heart grows weary with restlessness, until you give it all to Him. Finally, at long last, sweet rest comes to you.
Is there a restless area in your life? Do you find it hard to trust God with that one issue? If that is the case, restlessness will finally take its toll. Give it all up to Him. You will be so glad, because there is still a rest for the people of God. There is a promise for all who are restless. Jesus fulfills the promise of God to give you rest. In Christ you will find rest for your soul.
"But without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for he who comes to God must believe that He is,
and that He is a rewarder
of those who diligently seek Him."
Hebrews 11:6
Jesus said, "Come to Me,
all you who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest."

"There remains therefore a rest for the people of God."
