Have you ever forgotten someone's birthday? Have you ever forgotten a meeting with someone? That could happen to anyone. When we get busy and distracted, we can easily forget. Yet, God never forgets anything, and he will never forget you.
Because God never forgets you, he will help you. As a believer, you can be sure that he will be faithful to you. God helps us when we know it and when we don't. He helps you when you can see it and when you don't. Your his child, and he never forgets you.
You need not beg nor even ask for his help. Thank him for his help in your life. When you consider a problem, simply pray, "God, I thank you that you are helping me." His word declares it. His faithfulness assures it. Your faith recognizes it.
If you feel like God has forgotten you, trust his word and not your feelings. Your feelings change constantly. God's word of promise never changes. Doubt grows by trusting your feelings. Faith stands firm on the sure promises of God.
